Our Opportunity

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Marketing team. This role will own marketing automation by building and running account-based marketing programs and scalable processes utilizing our robust marketing tech-stack.  


Our ideal candidate will have a passion for using marketing technology to drive pipeline and constantly analyze and optimize processes and tools. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment and embraces challenging projects with a can-do attitude. 


Responsibilities include;

  • Build campaigns in Pardot, and other tech tools to help drive our account based marketing programs. This includes email templates, banner ads, and more.
  • Leverage ABM platforms such as 6sense and PathFactory to create personalized and targeted experiences for prospects and customers
  • Serve as the Marketing Automation Administrator (Pardot) for campaign management, nurture programs, email marketing, and other automations
  • Own marketing campaign analytics and highlight critical data, uncover valuable insights, and track KPIs
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign management and marketing automation 
  • Work with the content marketing team to execute content promotional strategies
  • Oversee regular list-segmentation and regular database maintenance
  • Act as the secondary/backup Salesforce administrator


Requirements

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, a B2B SaaS organization is a plus
  • 1+ years experience working with Salesforce.com and a Marketing Automation platform, Pardot preferred - Pardot Certification a plus!
  • Understanding and/or experience in Google Analytics and website management
  • Ability to manage internal expectations and to prioritize competing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop specifically) 
  • Passion for Account-Based Marketing and marketing automation
  • Precise attention to detail and hyper-organized 
  • Multi-task and critical thinking ability with business and marketing aptitude 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees of all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
