Our Opportunity

As an Enterprise Account Executive for our EMEA Region, you are responsible for generating bookings and revenue above your assigned quota with companies that operate with 2,000 to 50,000+ employees. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a $1M+ pipeline by developing target account strategies for engagement, and ultimately acquire new customers.

This is a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets and a complex enterprise sales process where you will ‘own’ your territory. Be prepared to uncover business pains, articulate ROI and deliver customized product demonstrations to help prospects understand the importance of embracing the digital revolution in global compliance management. Just as important, you will methodically work to manage expectations both internally and externally, ensuring the risk and unknowns of a complex sales cycle are minimized.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will benefit from inbound leads as well as partner with internal BDRs to research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. You will also have an assigned account list that you will work to develop in order to generate viable opportunities.


Responsibilities include;

  • Be responsible for achieving a quarterly quota
  • Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face, which can be solved with effective compliance management strategies
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Effectively position our offerings to key stakeholders and process participants
  • Become an expert at using and demonstrating GAN’s Software
  • ‘Quarterback’ the internal resources needed to acquire customers
  • Consistently qualify the opportunity in each stage of the sales cycle to ensure effective time management and investment of both company and prospective client resources
  • Accurately forecast your business within 90%
  • Partner with your Business Development Representative to drive pipeline generation


Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in an enterprise sales role with high success-rate of performance and complex deal management
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales life-cycle including balancing different short, medium- and longer-term prospects
  • Have experience in closing a wide scope of deal sizes, large deals ($250K+) to transactional quick hits ($50K-$100K) and be effective selling remotely, over the phone, via video-conference, and in person
  • Solid experience with enterprise SaaS value proposition positioning and product demonstrations
  • Experience in successfully executing complex sales cycles with C-Level executives
  • Formal sales training: Consultative-selling style and Solution-Selling training strongly preferred
  • Experience working in different sized organizations is preferred
