Join our growing Customer Success (CS) team as a support for our Product Implementation Managers in our Copenhagen office. We’re looking for a part time Customer Success Associate who wants to kick-start their professional career in our fast-paced organization. Ideally you are studying at university and are looking to supplement your studies with a part time job (15-20 hours/week). 

In this new role you will assist our clients as well as our CS team in various projects, incl. different aspects of product implementation and content creation and customizations. You will be trained on GAN’s advanced cloud platform and will become increasingly knowledgeable about cloud solutions.

 What you'll do

  • Support Implementation Managers in project onboarding

  • Become expert in key implementation areas including form/questionnaire form building, for customers within the GAN software

  • Provide onboarding operational support including configuration, setup and templating of the platform

  • Build customer business processes into system workflows 

  • Provide assistance with key customer migrations

  • Build rapport with clients and co-workers, ensuring collaboration and support across the Implementation, Account and Support team

What we're looking for

  • High technical understanding and comfortable handling various operating systems (Windows, OS X, etc.)

  • Ability to learn new software quickly

  • Genuine interest in learning about enterprise customer service

  • Extensive experience with Excel

  • Good time management and communication skills - including impeccable English writing skills

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology

  • Currently in the late stages of your Bachelor’s or just started your Master’s degree
