The product managers mission is to enable the compliance teams to be the heroes they deserve to be by arming them with the most intuitive, powerful and enjoyable products in the market.

What are we looking for?

You are probably happy where you are, but is tempted to join a company with a cause that goes beyond just building software and tackles global problems like corruption and bribery where it matters. And you wish to join a fast growing start-up whose grand ambitions are matched with a world-class team.

We need an experienced B2B product manager to join our team in the Copenhagen office. Preferably with background or touchpoints with compliance, reg-tech or as a minimum experience with managing enterprise products.

You don’t necessarily know how to code or design, but you are technical and creative enough to talk to developers and designers. You are an excellent communicator who can transform incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information into easily understandable specifications and priorities. You can think in terms of the big picture, but deliver on the details. You are analytical by nature and comfortable with synthesizing information, and know when to use intuition and when to use data to make decisions. You understand the importance of listening to customers to get it right.

  • You will collaborate with colleagues from our commercial teams and customers to gather requirements, understand problems and design great solutions in response to them

  • You will create the user-stories which guide the engineering teams in the implementation.

  • You will re-prioritise based on evolving needs from the market and the business and be expected to manage the good and bad consequences of these prioritisations

  • You will work closely with our UX/UI team to help build a fantastic experience

  • You will work very closely with the Engineering team to secure alignment on requirements and timing. And you will stay connected with them throughout the agile development process

  • You will spend a lot of time promoting the products and features listening to the resulting feedback from both internal team and customers
