We're looking for a charismatic self-starter and proactive, technical individual who is experienced in onboarding enterprise customers of all levels of sophistication and who wants to grow their career in our fast-paced organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who can manage a software implementation process from A to Z.

This is a great opportunity to be one of the early members of our New York Customer Success team, closely collaborating with our team located in Copenhagen.

What you'll do

    • Own the project implementation process from contract execution through go-live
    • Own technical implementations including Single Sign-On and systems integrations
    • Adhere to and improve PMO processes focusing on achieving customer value, delivery and quality
    • Be deeply familiar with the GAN platform and all the product offerings
    • Design and execute on each customer’s account plan
    • Improve our customer onboarding process for repeatable and scalable project plans
    • Communicate and align with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensure global cooperation between team members

    What we're looking for

    • 3+ years experience in a project management and/or implementation role
    • Previous experience in a customer facing role in a SaaS company
    • Demonstrated ability to drive technical projects and ensure on-time delivery
    • Systems integration or equivalent experience
    • Proficient with project management software and processes
    • Solid technical understanding and general understanding of technologies such as AWS, SaaS, Cloud and System Integration – and ability to hold a technical discussion with customers
    • Bachelors degree required
    • Passionate about customer success and making life simpler with technology
