GAN Integrity is seeking an all-star Business Development Manager to lead a team of BDRs who position the products to the various markets we serve and deliver highly qualified leads to our outside sales team. The BDR Manager will need to be self-motivated with a great attitude, a fantastic work ethic, and the desire to build something new. The ideal candidate must display excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the drive to turn every conversation into a sale.
The BDR Manager will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, ongoing training and ensuring the BDR team is successful. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing to maximize the creation of highly qualified sales opportunities. The candidate must be a strong coach & leader, extremely well organized and have a passion for continually improving the team.
What you'll do
Motivate BDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
Identify methods to optimize SFDC, Outreach, Pardot and other selling tools to improve rep productivity
Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
What we're looking for
1-3 years of BDR experience (preferably in the SaaS industry)
Previous management experience
Proven ability to spot talent, hire and grow BDRs to be top achievers
Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach, and marketing automation
Excellent project, time and self-management skills
The ability to deal with and address objections
Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
