Our Opportunity

GAN Integrity is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Finance team who will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas, including general-accounting and accounts-payable tasks. The successful candidate will also help achieve the Company’s goals by supporting our business while helping to improve our processes. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Process AP invoices in Beanworks AP portal, ensuring invoices are properly approved and coded to proper GL account and department
  • Manage the onboarding of new vendors, collecting W-9, ACH forms and other relevant documents
  • Manage employee T&E expenses in Expensify, by auditing reports for compliance with T&E policy
  • Reconciliation of corporate credit cards
  • Prepares wire transfers, and ACH transactions in an organized and timely manner
  • Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve disputes
  • Research and resolve a variety of routine internal inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
  • Prepare quarterly VAT reports to send to outside accounting firm for timely processing
  • Assist in month-end/year-end close processes including prepaid and accrual schedules
  • Perform account reconciliations and analysis
  • Provide support to management as needed, including ad-hoc financial analysis, and special projects
  • Annual 1099 preparation


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience and knowledge of GAAP
  • Strong technical and organizational skills; Microsoft Office Excel proficiency is a requirement
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to pitch in with assorted tasks as they arise
  • Experience working for a SaaS company is a big plus!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly analytical self-starter with the ability to resolve problems independently
  • Must be detail and results-oriented with an ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and constantly evolving environment
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly while keeping others apprised of status with respect to deadlines
  • Previous experience with Sage Intacct, Ordway or other ERP systems a plus
  • Positive, kind, and excited by a challenge
