Our Opportunity

We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing team and sales to develop innovative demand generation campaigns and lead strategies that include multiple marketing disciplines to drive qualified leads through to pipeline. We are a small team with big aspirations - you’ll be exposed to a wide range of marketing experiences and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth of our global organization. This is a global role.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing an integrated marketing strategy, to plan and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives such as ABM strategy, landing pages, content creation, email, paid and organic social (LinkedIn), paid search, remarketing, and third-party programs
  • Build omni-channel campaigns to effectively create awareness and demand from customers and prospects
  • Partner with the extended marketing team to build and implement content marketing techniques, including audience segmentation, search engine optimization (SEO), and persona-based campaigns
  • Develop Thought Leadership strategies that help to influence our target groups
  • Own end-to-end management of campaign execution across channels (e.g. digital advertising, web, email, field & virtual events, etc.) including: creative and copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, conversion flows, and campaign optimization to maximize conversion rates
  • Innovate and test marketing systems to drive and enhance campaign deliverables
  • Work with sales to understand business priorities and provide results and insights from marketing campaign performance


Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B Saas environment, ideally with experience of developing marketing campaigns which target a C suite customer base
  • Experience working with Excel, Salesforce CRM, Marketing automation tools, and Analytics tools (Tableau)
  • Previous experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programs: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting
  • Customer journey management and content development experience
  • Experience working closely with product marketing, sales teams, and data analytics
  • Creative mindset with passion and drive & an innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the discussion
  • Strong persuasive skills; able to gain consensus through data analysis and influence
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Strong team player with the ability to work across a global team
