Our Opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for setting the overall digital marketing efforts centered around our website strategy to help us elevate our brand.  We need someone who understands the big picture and the journey we are on, but has the ability to build, execute and deliver against our objectives.  We have the fundamentals in place but this is an exciting opportunity for someone to transform our capabilities and enable us to track digital marketing program performance, and collaborate with the team on multi-channel campaigns to deliver quality leads and generate pipeline. We are a small team with big aspirations - you’ll be exposed to a wide range of marketing experiences and have the opportunity to have a significant impact on the growth of our organization. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Design, plan, manage and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels (including PPC, SEO, Display, Social, etc) to generate leads and drive engagement with current users
  • Create extensive SEO-optimized website content, ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, including homepages, internal landing pages, and blogs
  • Leverage paid digital channels to precisely target key audiences to drive lead generation efforts
  • Develop insights into our users and target personas to drive sales successes and collaborate across marketing to devise successful creative digital campaigns 
  • Develop reporting capabilities to share results and learnings with the marketing, product, and senior leadership teams.
  • Develop innovative ideas to connect customer needs with business goals
  • Develop, execute and manage A/B testing to continuously optimize website, landing pages, offers and ads
  • Use Google Analytics and additional reporting platforms to interpret campaign performance 
  • Manage the digital portion of our marketing budget


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in a digital marketing role with B2B SaaS - the successful candidate needs to have had experience of owning/building digital marketing/web strategy
  • A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and testing tools
  • Experience in lead generation, brand strategy, and marketing analytics (knowledge and experience working with Marketo, SF and Pardot)
  • Experience with audience segmentation and dynamic content
  • Comfortable working with numbers, KPIs, and optimizing conversion rates while thinking strategically
