Our Opportunity

We are seeking a tech savvy Solutions Consultant for our Copenhagen Sales team. In this role you will be driving the successful adoption of GANs solution by supporting consultative/solution style selling, delivering targeted solution demos and hands-on proof of concepts with enterprise opportunities.  Through your deep product knowledge, expertise in how companies use and deploy SaaS applications, and technical objection handling in customer interactions, you’ll support our Sales and Customer Success teams. You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ systems and workflows and then integrating our platform with their systems in a seamless way.  You will be responsible for architecting how our platform fits within our customers business processes and ecosystem.

Responsibilities include;

  • Supporting Sales and Solutions Delivery to understand our prospective customers workflows and systems in order to scope how best to configure our platform
  • Provide technical expertise to help the customer onboarding process 
  • Support our sales team by being responsible for delivering product demos and/or enabling our Sales team to deliver these demos and technical presentations
  • Own and manage all customer RFI, RFP and IT Security assessment processes in the EMEA market
  • Manage "Proof of Concept" evaluations with enterprise opportunities
  • Answer technical questions and provide consultative security & technical expertise to clients and prospects
  • Meeting with customers as needed to gather requirements and feedback - potentially on-site if needed 
  • Being a trusted advisor to colleagues and customers alike
  • Support the Customer’s Solution Delivery journey being responsible for designing new customers needs prior to and during implementation to ensure a great onboarding experience
  • Contribute new feature requests and be a conduit for prospect feedback
  • Consistently contribute knowledge and skills to the Sales and Solution Delivery teams
  • Identify process improvements to make our successes consistent and repeatable


  • 3+ years experience as sales engineer or solution consultant or similar role
  • Experience and ability to interpret complex technical requirements as well as address technical questions
  • General understanding of web technology and how software works
  • Proficient with CMS systems and a variety of sales tools
  • Experience with databases and restful API integrations
  • Good project and process management skills - experience with RFP/RFI processes is a big plus
  • Experience with GRC Software / SaaS is a plus
  • Experience with creating custom demos from scratch which mirror a customers needs
  • Experience interacting with c-level customers
  • Bachelor degree
