Our Opportunity

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This person will work cross-functionally supporting our global teams and be responsible for enabling our commercial teams better serve our customers.  This role will ensure that our Salesforce technology stack is scaling with our fast-growing business; ensuring that it is aligned with our business needs and supporting our go-to-market model.  We are looking for someone to own and administer our Salesforce platform and other tools and develop critical metrics, dashboards, ad-hoc analyses, and scalable processes for our team to leverage.  This is a great opportunity for someone to evolve this function and capability in our business and this includes working closely with marketing operations.


Our ideal candidate will have a passion for using technology to drive the growth of our business and constantly analyze and optimize processes and tools. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced environment and embraces challenging projects with a can-do attitude.


Responsibilities include;

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce platform (user setups, profiles and roles, reports and dashboards, customized objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow and validations)
  • Be the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support
  • Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (process builder, flow, etc) to help our users accomplish more with less clicks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to address evolving business needs
  • Define, track, and report key business KPIs that drive decisions and measure success



  • 2+ years’ experience in Salesforce Administration (certification preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-team collaboration: working effectively with all functions (globally) within an organization including product, sales, customer success and senior leadership
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical team members
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
  • Strong analytical capabilities, experience defining metrics and using them to drive decision-making
  • Hands on experience building and maintaining process builders and flows
  • Start-up experience a plus
